We can not take back packages for sanitary purposes. All sales are final. If you needed to have a order canceled before it is shipped out you have a time frame of 48 hours from purchase time to contact us. If the label for the order was already printed shipping price is non refundable.

All orders are shipped through USPS in the order in which they are received , we do ship international and overseas ;but taylobeauty is not responsible if there is custom fees/charges.
